My wife and I go at off times (generally a half hour earlier than the lunch and dinner rush hours). So, we seldom have to wait in line. However there appears to be a wait during their rush hours.
The average rating is due to the lack of cleanliness of the employees. To me, right or wrong, unwashed hair, dingy skin, wrinkled and dirty clothes indicate a careless in personal hygiene; and, I worry about that generalizing to a careless approach to sanitation in the storage, cooking, preparing, and serving my food.
