  This Dunkin Donuts is an absolute SCAM! I visit every single day and spend $4 on a macchiato that is rarely, if ever full. I've complained more times than I can count, and the employees know me by name from my daily on the go order, yet my drink is never full. I've even tried going in and requesting to hold the foam when adding the steamed milk to no avail, they simply will not make a full drink. It's either slightly over half full, or half macchiato half foam. If I complain right then and there they go back and add more espresso, but still the cup is not full. The employees are either taught to make the drinks this way or didn't receive enough training. I've included a picture of today's drink.
  Unless you like spending $4 for a half cup of coffee I would never go to this Dunkin Donuts. Others seem to do better but still sometimes I have the same issue. Once my espresso maker is fixed I will never return to this Dunkin Donuts. They don't even deserve one star.

  Giving this place one start d/t last three times I've ordered, drinks have been too hot; not just a little, like burn your tongue and roof of mouth hot. Also, each time orders have been incorrect. When I order a macchiato, I expect 2 shots of expresso, not one. I enjoy Dunkin' over Starbucks any day, just not this location. The customer service at this location is sub-par as well. Wooster Ohio location is 5 stars.

  I go there almost everyday & I have never had a bad experience. The employees are awesome!!!! This morning Chelsea & Lexi went above & beyond to get NE a specific donut my daughter wanted. :)
