  Went in there and not only were they freaky slow they couldn't even make the right sandwich. They were too focused on their own conversation and acted like we were bothering them.

  I love Jimmy John's, it's super convenient that they deliver. They have delivered to my work 4 separate times, but when I called today they could not deliver. Their delivery radius all of the sudden shrank I guess. Very polite staff. The only complaint I have is that it's unprofessional to deliver 4 different times to an address, then deny me delivery out of nowhere. Even funnier that the cutoff is two streets down from my work. Literally a 10 second drive past the cutoff where they had no problem delivering to before.
